To transfer your domain name over to SiteWizard, you will need to contact your previous domain registration company or web designer and ask them to change the IPS tag to ANET.

When they have released the tag to us, we can then complete the transfer by updating the nameservers. If done correctly, the whole process should only take a couple of days to fully move from one provider to another.

If you experience any problems transferring your .uk domain to us it is possible to go directly to Nominet and ask them to transfer the domain for you, please be aware that nominet may charge you for this.

If you transfer your domain to SiteWizard please be aware you will need to reconfigure your email program to receive emails from our servers, also if you are using an IMAP email account please ensure all email is backed up locally before transferring the domain to ourselves.
